Lydia Rowe

BA(HONS) DipArch RIBA Director - Chartered Architect.

I have been a Chartered Architect since 2009, working throughout the South West.

My passion very much lies in making clients dreams become a reality. Whether a project is large or small I strive to improve people's quality of life through thoughtful design.

I have with my husband Gary completed my very own 'grand designs project,' constructing a new build rural home for our family so am fully aware of every step of the process.

Outside of work, I cherish family time and making memories with my twin daughters, my pride and joy.

Matt Payne

MCIAT Director - Chartered Architectural Technologist.

I love a challenge and problem solving is my strength whether that’s a construction detail, planning issue or a tricky brief – bring it on! From a young age I had a fascination of how stuff goes together and functions which led me to my chosen career in Architecture. I am a Chartered Technologist (MCIAT) with over 30 years’ experience.

Outside of work I am a proud father of 4 with a 16 year age range so, I certainly know how a home has to adapt and be reimagined as a family grows!

I am part of my local primary school Governance body and have developed a wide range of skillsets and experience in education which often crosses over well with Architecture. I am also vice chair of my local community centre.

Spare time is devoted to running and Kate and I have a passion, fitness and Healthy eating and the effects this has on wellbeing. On the flip side, I’m also a keen darts player at very much Pub League standard as well as a having a passion for Cars!
